CLASS T&Cs

All bookings are final. Once a class is booked, no cancellations are allowed.
Change of date is only allowed under Medical reasons, or Case to case basis subject to availability and a small admin fee. Please WhatsApp us immediately at 8789 9363 if this applies.
This exception only applies to workshops conducted by in-house/local instructors.
No refunds will be given unless the class is cancelled by The Bear Bakery Studio.

We reserve the right to reschedule or postpone classes due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. new government restrictions).
If you can’t attend, you may transfer your slot to a friend or family member. Please inform us beforehand.
Note: It is your responsibility to find a replacement. We do not manage transfers on your behalf.
If you do not show up on the day of the workshop, there will be no replacement class or refund.
If you still have an outstanding balance, it will remain payable even if you don’t attend.

We provide all tools and materials, unless otherwise stated. (e.g. bringing notes for money-pulling cake classes)
You’ll be informed in advance if there’s anything extra you need to prepare.
Classes may involve both individual and group work. We design each session to be fun, hands-on, and suited to all skill levels.

No washing is required, but please help us keep your workspace clean throughout the session.
Please arrive 10 minutes early to settle in. Classes start on time!
While masks are optional, we recommend wearing one for hygiene and safety.

We may take photos/videos during the workshop for our social media and marketing.
If you prefer not to appear in any photos, kindly inform us at the start of the class.

All workshops are on a first-come, first-served basis with advance registration required.
The Bear Bakery Studio reserves the right to:
- Refuse entry to anyone who does not follow the above rules.
- Amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.
