🧁 About The Bear Bakery Studio

🎓 How It All Started

The Bear Bakery Studio began with a simple love for teaching kids how to bake.
As an uncle who spent countless weekends with my nephew and niece, I discovered the joy of watching children learn, create, and beam with pride when they pull a cake out of the oven.

That joy led me to realise — I’m actually really good at working with kids and teaching.
So I took the leap and joined ABC Cooking Studio, where I taught baking classes for both children and adults. Teaching there strengthened my passion for sharing the art of baking in a fun, hands-on way.

🏠 From Passion to The Bear Bakery Studio

When a unit became available at City Gate Mall, I saw the perfect opportunity to turn that passion into a real space.
Together with family and friends, we rolled up our sleeves — scrubbing floors, chemical-washing fridges, and installing every fixture ourselves.

It was built with love, from the ground up.
And that same love continues to shape every class and every bake we make today.

At The Bear Bakery Studio, we believe great bakes start with premium ingredients.
We use only trusted brands such as:

All our bakes are made without preservatives, ensuring every bite is fresh, rich, and delicious.
From handcrafted logcakes to cookies and tarts, everything is baked in small batches for the best flavour and texture.

Our studio offers baking classes in Singapore designed for everyone — from kids and couples to families and corporate groups.
Every session is beginner-friendly, guided step-by-step, and focuses on both technique and creativity.
Whether you’re learning to roll a Swiss roll, pipe cupcakes, or decorate festive logcakes, you’ll always leave with new skills (and something delicious to take home!).

🎓 A Little About Me

I’ve been baking for over four years, and I’m a proud graduate of Sunrice Academy, where I earned my Diploma in Pastry and Baking.
That training helped me blend classical pastry knowledge with the warm, approachable teaching style I use today at The Bear Bakery Studio.
